Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: April 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing how TabFlow, operated by Bonaogeto Limited, may and may not be used. This policy applies to all Venue Operators and Members. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Uses
TabFlow is designed and licensed solely for the following purposes:
1.1 Venue Operators: operating a prepaid digital dining tab system within your registered co-working space, corporate cafeteria, or approved hospitality venue for the benefit of your members.
1.2 Members: loading prepaid credit to a tab and using that credit to pay for food and beverage orders within their designated venue.
1.3 Both parties: accessing the platform dashboard, managing accounts, reviewing transaction history, and processing refunds in accordance with the Refund Policy.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use TabFlow to:
2.1 Process payments for goods or services other than food and beverages provided within your registered venue. This includes but is not limited to: retail goods, alcohol sold for off-premises consumption, gambling, adult content, or any other service not explicitly approved in your Venue Operator Agreement.
2.2 Facilitate, enable, or process any transaction that is unlawful under Kenyan law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
2.3 Load or transfer tab balances for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or circumventing financial regulations.
2.4 Use Tab Balances as a general-purpose digital wallet, store of value, or financial instrument outside of its intended dining tab purpose.
2.5 Attempt to transfer Tab Balances between members, between venues, or to any external bank account or mobile money wallet.
2.6 Create false or misleading Venue Operator accounts, or impersonate another business or individual.
2.7 Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying data of the TabFlow platform.
2.8 Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the platform.
2.9 Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform without prior written permission from Bonaogeto Limited.
2.10 Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the TabFlow platform without a written reseller agreement with Bonaogeto Limited.
2.11 Use the platform in any way that violates Paystack’s terms of service or acceptable use policies.
3. Venue Operator Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all members you add to your TabFlow instance are legitimate employees, residents, or members of your co-working space or venue.
3.2 You must not add members without their knowledge or consent.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage transactions processed through your TabFlow instance represent genuine transactions for items provided by your venue.
3.4 You must not use your Venue Operator account to process transactions for third-party vendors or external businesses operating within your premises unless explicitly approved in writing by Bonaogeto Limited.
3.5 You must promptly notify Bonaogeto Limited at hello@mctaba.com if you become aware of any fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or misuse of your TabFlow instance.
4. Member Responsibilities
4.1 You must use your Tab Balance only for food and beverage orders at the specific venue for which the balance was loaded.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
4.3 You must not attempt to exploit pricing errors, system glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain goods or credit to which you are not entitled.
5. Enforcement
5.1 Bonaogeto Limited reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy.
5.2 In cases of confirmed or suspected violation, we may, at our sole discretion: issue a formal warning, temporarily suspend your account, permanently terminate your account, withhold pending settlements pending investigation, or report the matter to relevant Kenyan authorities including the Central Bank of Kenya, the Financial Reporting Centre, or law enforcement.
5.3 We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where we believe the violation poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to Bonaogeto Limited, other Venue Operators, or Members.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy by any user of the platform, please report it to us at:

We will treat all reports confidentially and investigate promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
Bonaogeto Limited reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Venue Operators will be notified of material changes via email with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
